On June 17th, 2019, MAS Claims Adjusting hosted their annual Pre-CAT Meeting. This marks the largest meeting to date. Meeting topics included adjuster certifications & requirements, technical claims adjusting, external resources, service expectations, and much more!
In addition to hosting their largest pre-CAT meeting since its inception, MAS also rolled out a number of new initiatives, such as their adjuster referral incentive, as well as highlighting their partnerships with industry juggernauts HAAG Education and ITEL.
The 2019 MAS Claims Pre-CAT Meeting serves as a benchmark for the future success of the organization.
